Thursday Kinder Egg Blogging

'Cause who doesn't love to see the plastic junk I put together?

As always, roll your cursor over the image to see it change.

Drumming mouse - move his tail and he bangs on his drums all day. How clever of him to make good use of bottle caps and spoons! Rock on, Dude!

That is adorably cute. Buy more eggs and you may be able to get a whole mouse band!

Inspired by you, I bought a Kinder Egg for Clara Jane a few weeks ago. We haven't busted it open yet. I think it's going in her Easter basket. I promise, photos will be taken and shared.

Man! I could get addicted to these things. Now I can hardly wait to go back to Hannover (Easter Sunday) because I reward myself with one egg every time I do a shopping. Do you think Donica might get suspicious if I start going shopping every day?

BTW, how do you get the picture to change by putting the mouse over it???? That's a new one on me!

You get the coolest stuff! Do you save all of them and display them, or play with them for a while and stash them in a drawer?

Eww... that ended up being a little freaky. The initial picture made me think it was going to be some form of stormtrooper iteration and then it ended up being a musically inclined rodent. Surreal.

My eggs are never that good. And I often cannot put the stuff together. At least the chocolate is good. The German has TONS of these from his childhood and he will not let me throw them away.

Cute! We got a Smart car last week like Ginnie did and I was thrilled. Yesterday it was just two weird looking white ghosts.

I thought it was going to be a Darth Vader, but drumming mice are probably just as great a threat to universal harmony.

Thanks for your e-mail explanation, Dixie. When I get back to Hannover, I'm gonna try the photo "trick" on my own surprise egg :)
