...I just realized that I don't know where my passport is. No shit...it's not in the drawer where I thought I put it.
And that's the only official ID I have. It has my residency visa in it.

Been there. A bitch had to send away for her original birth certificate and rush order my passport three years ago before a trip to Dublin. Relax, take a deep breath and look again. Loosing shit in your own house sucks!

Repeating the previous advice ... take a deep breath. With all the redecorating and remodelling you've been doing recently, it's probably been put away in "a really safe place".
Take one room at a time, and go through all the drawers, shelves, ledges, hiding places ... and I'll start the novena to St Anthony for you :)
