Someone came to visit me yesterday and brought an entire batch of chocolate chip cookies, I'm talking about at least three dozen... I had six already today!
That's precisely the reason I hardly ever make chocolate chip cookies! I'm not diabetic, but if I eat too many (and I ALWAYS eat too many) they throw me right off. Oatmeal chocolate chip are even worse - no idea why.
Can a woman from Mississippi meet and marry a German quadriplegic, move there without first knowing the language, leave behind all she's known and loved and be forced to live without Hellmann's mayonnaise, stores open on Sundays, southern accents, magnolias, and her beloved family and friends nearby? Sure. Is it easy? Not really. Is it worth it? Most definitely.

Oh I'm a diabetic too. I don't often each such things so me eating four or five makes me a little nuts.
The worst my blood sugar was yesterday was 125. Not so horribly bad for having eating cookies.
