Meme for a Sunday
While I've been trying to back away from memes, it goes almost without saying that if it's a meme involving music or books, I'm not going to be able to resist it. My pal, Katya, who has a blog that talks about music and books is who I stole it from but it originated here. Ever wanted to know who Person Zero was when it came to a meme? Now you know.
Here are the rules as Bookhart wrote them:
The idea behind the blog is that it's about music, and that you can put up to three answers to any question. But no more. One answer is OK, two answers is OK, three answers is OK. Four is not OK, and five is right out. Unless otherwise indicated, you can only choose songs, and be specific--putting "anything by Madonna" doesn't count.

Come to think of it, I think Lucinda Williams wrote it. Oh well. Insert any other Mary-Chapin Carpenter song she wrote.
wow - one great but long list!
How I could leave out Ring of Fire and How High the Moon is beyond me -- I love those songs. In fact, I like your whole list.
We must have similar taste, I too loathe the same three songs. Especially what's up, it makes my skin just crawl
Wow, I agree with ALOT of the songs you chose! I never realized we were so in sinc musically.
FYI, my cousin is in the crowd in the Paradise City video- you can recognize him- he's that guy with the long hair banging his head ;)
Can you define New Wave for me, please? Where exactly does it start, end and what borders has it got? I have half an idea, but I don't think that's enough.
I can't steal your meme until I know!
