About Me
- Name: Dixie
- Location: Magdeburg, Germany
Can a woman from Mississippi meet and marry a German quadriplegic, move there without first knowing the language, leave behind all she's known and loved and be forced to live without Hellmann's mayonnaise, stores open on Sundays, southern accents, magnolias, and her beloved family and friends nearby? Sure. Is it easy? Not really. Is it worth it? Most definitely.

Adorable! William has two sock monkeys and some jammies, but he calls them Monkey Socks. Too funny.
Not yet, but I'm stopping at the dollar store on the way home. There will be chocolate!
Btw, being from the south, have you ever heard of chocolate gravy?
I can't help but wonder if you shouldn't turn your one sock collection into sock monkeys. Sadly, there is no chocolate in my house for some odd reason it never seems to last here very long.
Very cute!
I have two kinds of chocolate in the house today... a chocolate strawberry chocolate bar and a mint dark chocolate bar. Yum!
I love that sock monkey! We used to have them as children...just great!
That's so cute! Of course I have chocolate, not enough, but I do.
Did I tell you I got sock monkey slippers for Christmas? I did, and I love them.
I live in the country of chocolate (Switzerland), sure I have some :D I love this button, it made me smile since very close friend of mine loves sock monkey.
That is too cute. And yes, I always have chocolate in the house. Must be prepared for emergency chocolate consumption at all times!
i saw this and was like "what did they do to Lottie!" I thought it was one of those Amelie and the gnome things!
Oh how CUTE!
