About Me
- Name: Dixie
- Location: Magdeburg, Germany
Can a woman from Mississippi meet and marry a German quadriplegic, move there without first knowing the language, leave behind all she's known and loved and be forced to live without Hellmann's mayonnaise, stores open on Sundays, southern accents, magnolias, and her beloved family and friends nearby? Sure. Is it easy? Not really. Is it worth it? Most definitely.

Thank you for your kind words. I am embarrassed.
But then, I know that I must study English hard. Hummmm..
By the way, Claudio Pizarro was your boyfriend ?!
Ohhhhhhhhh, my! He was my boyfriend until last month♪ No, “it” was Oliver Kahn?
Hahaha!!
Nori
I think the cuteness factor is enough to make him good boyfriend material. Winning is just icing.
I was hoping Frankfurt would win, but in the end Bayern outplayed Eintracht. The last 10 mins were pretty exciting! :)
Mr. Fab - A girl can have more than one boyfriend. Claudio is my main "Peruvian in Germany" boyfriend.
Nori - Really, I think your English is pretty good. I've seen much, much worse!
I understand that Bayern-Munich is fairly popular in Japan. People there must have good taste in soccer clubs. :)
Melusina - You're exactly right. His sheer hotness makes him prime boyfriend material.
Haddock - Frankfurt should be proud of how they played. And they get a chance for the UEFA cup to boot!
Good to know! I thought that I was your boyfriend too :P
Many congratulations. I remember how it feels to have my team win a game, a cup even, but now any game would be nice. We narrowly avoided relegation yesterday so I'm in no mood for celebration. It's a disgrace!
Tell me, what are the Nurnberg team like in your able opinion. Damn, that should have been the question I asked when I couldn't think of one! I decided to follow their position in the league table as my seventh club side, I have family around there, but I've no idea of anything of them. Do Muncheners hate them? Are they violent? Do they have style in the eyes of other Germans?
Hey, I don't even know how to spell the town, some fan I am.
I have virtually no opinion of Nürnberg. I don't hate them because they're usually floating around the bottom of the table and I think of them as one of those "who cares?" teams. They drift back and forth between the first and second leagues every few years.
Maybe if I actually lived in Bavaria I'd have a stronger opinion of them.
yeah those soccer/football guys are sexy. ;-)
Thanks, Dix, that makes me feel informed enough to continue watching the Bundesliga tables on channel 83.
